VIDEO: indi chocolate – Using Cacao to Connect With Seattle and Pike Place Visitors

I found the coolest place for lovers of cacao, the purest form of chocolate. It’s tucked behind Pike Place Market on Western Avenue and I believe this small business has all the ingredients to become a big hit for locals and tourists alike.

Why? It offers a flavorful variety of handcrafted chocolates and desserts, a diverse range of gifts and a chocolate-making shop in a wonderful atmosphere. It’s an accelerated Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.

Owner Erin Andrews shares the story about her long-distance origins of indi chocolate and how she empowers people to help melt the Seattle freeze from her café and factory.

What a great idea to introduce chocolate making, craft coffee demonstrations and much more to those living in Seattle/King County or to visitors simply passing through our region. Learn more about the community (or private) classes and how you can host a fun event at indi.

In a city that offers a Whitman Sampler array of chocolate shops, indi chocolate stands out from the rest.
