Will Springer helps buyers and sellers navigate the challenges of the real estate process. A former journalist and content marketing director, Will researches and writes material for his blog, newsletter and social media platforms for the benefit of consumers needing to better understand the residential real estate journey.

In addition to providing information and insights, Will is connected to resources that assist buyers and sellers with home inspections, painters, landscapers – and just about anything else. 

Will is affiliated with John L. Scott Real Estate, which has consumer programs designed to help buyers and sellers. Programs include MarketReady Plus+, in which John L. Scott advances funds for qualified sellers to complete home improvements before listing the property, with sellers paying for the enhancements at closing without fees or interest. Will Springer has been in real estate since 2018 after a successful career as a journalist and marketer. Will spent most of his professional time editing and writing news content, including 15 years with Dow Jones & Co., publishers of The Wall Street Journal, and another five years with news organizations in the U.K.

Will arrived in Seattle in 2010. After a stint with MSNBC.com, he moved to corporate communications as a digital content strategist. His main client was Microsoft, in which he helped manage a multi-million-dollar budget to produce information for the software company’s many products and services.

Now, Will spends much of his time producing helpful information on his Living the Dream blog (WillSpringerRealtor.com/blog) and monthly newsletter (free signup) while assisting buyers and sellers of residential property across Seattle/King County. He has lived about 15 years in condominums and specializes in helping condo buyers and sellers in the Belltown/downtown area where Will has his home and office.
