Now that we’ve discussed the many steps of the home-buying process, it’s time to cast the spotlight on sellers. There are a similar number of considerations when planning to put your home on the Seattle market, to develop a well-organized promotional strategy and negotiate the best possible deal.
In fact, my mission statement on the home page captures it well: “I promise to help sellers market their home to potential buyers at the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time and at the most favorable terms.” Neat and simple, right?
Well, one hopes so … but, in truth, every home has a unique history, every seller has various sets of priorities and timelines, and every transaction requires different steps along the path to its successful sale. (Home buyers who have read my regular posts know what I mean!)
