VIDEO: Take a Walk-Through Tour of Spire

If you ask me today what is the most exciting, most promising, most talked about condo in Seattle, my answer would be one single word – Spire – the highlight of the 2021 Seattle new residential openings.

I have seen many new buildings over the years – with Nexus and The Emerald standing out most recently, packed with amenities and outstanding views – but Spire is, well, inspirational.

We have covered the building’s details in a recent post, which highlighted the auto-valet parking system – a first for Seattle residential towers. Today, I wanted to take you on a longer tour of the glass and steel high-rise at the intersection of Belltown, South Lake Union and Denny Triangle.

Here’s my video walk-through of the amenities and a special look at #2710, a 985 sq. ft. home, which features wonderful North-facing views that include peeks at both Elliott Bay and Lake Union. And those views are essentially guaranteed because of city zoning laws that keep structures to the north to about nine stories or less.

While #2710 is a model home (at least for a year or so), other units within the same stack are on the market. As of this writing, the same sized unit a floor above is listed for $1.082M, while #2610 is priced at $1.059M. (Prices do not include closing costs or other fees.)

Enjoy the tour and let me know when you want to visit in-person with your own personal representative.
