Take a Walk-Through Tour of KODA in Seattle’s International District

There is a lot that can be said about KODA, the much-talked about condo that recently opened in the Japantown section of Seattle’s Chinatown International District. It offers a great blend of vibrancy and calm, spirit and soul for its new residents.

One only has to walk into the expansive ground-floor lobby to feel a warm and welcoming environment, beginning with its 24/7 concierge and three distinct areas to either meet friends, read or even enjoy the soft sounds from a player piano. It’s the best of all worlds – and so is the rest of the building.

Amenities range from the traditional – fitness center and yoga studio – to the special. Enjoy the exhibition kitchen and private dining area or take in the big game in the media room that features a massive-screen TV. Other areas – both indoor and out – give residents the chance to get their “Zen” on with peaceful reading areas and outdoor gardens.

The rooftop is absolutely stunning. Enjoy the incredible views from South to North, capped by dramatic and unobstructed vistas of Elliott Bay to the West.

Details of this 17-story building have been covered before on this blog. It’s probably best to let the pictures tell you more with this walk-through tour that features one special unit with Southwest views and many great memories to come for new owners.
