Video: Insignia Towers, Seattle: The Heights of Luxury Living

If I could live anywhere in Seattle it would likely be in the luxury high rises on the eastern edge of Belltown at Insignia Towers.

The twin, 41-story towers became the first condominium complex in Seattle to launch after the recession. Many thought the timing of the project to be highly risky but buyers from Seattle, across the nation and abroad leaped at the opportunity to own a home in these towers of success and status.

There are 350 units in the south tower, which opened in 2015, and another 348 homes in a north building that opened a year later. Residents share amenities – outdoor gas grills and eating space, movie/TV screening room, fitness center, sauna, steam, pool and spa – on the seventh and eighth floors as well as enjoy their tower’s own meeting/dining room, residents’ lounge and outdoor space on the rooftop. There’s even a self-service car wash in the garage.
